From the drive, the average unit distance is only 35’. This is the most convenient, comfortable storage room & unit design around!

FAQ

Do I need to reserve a unit in advance, or can I walk in? We are happy to help you onsite, no need to reserve in advance. You can also rent a unit over the phone or right here on the website. 🙂

Is there a rental length requirement? No, we are totally month to month. Billing happens on the 1^st, so if you are here on the 1^st, you would just owe for the month.

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay online? We accept payments with cards online, over the phone, and in store. During move in, we require payment by card. After the initial transaction, we can accept cash or a check in the office anytime we’re open.

Do I need tenant storage insurance? That’s ultimately your decision, though it is recommended. You can purchase tenant insurance on your own or get it with us during the checkout online or in the office.

Do I need a lock? We recommend disk or cylinder locks and sell them in the office for $10.83 (after tax) each. If you already have a disk or cylinder lock, you are welcome to use your own – whatever works best for you.

When are staff in the office? 7 days a week! Monday thru Friday 9:30-6, Saturday 8:30-4 and Sunday 9-3 so there’s almost always someone around to help.

What hours can I access my stuff? You can visit the site any day from 5 AM to midnight – please do not be onsite after midnight or before 5 AM.

Can I change unit sizes if my needs change? Yes, it’s no problem to switch units. We will prorate the spaces based on the days you use in each and you either pay the difference or get a little credit left over if you end up downsizing. Super simple.

Do you offer vehicle or RV parking? We aren’t set up well for RV or trailer parking. We do have some 10×20 drive up units that work well for single vehicles or small trailers.

Can I use the moving truck? The moving truck is a promotional item for new customers for moving in within the first two weeks of rental OR with the addition of a second unit. With a $250 prepayment toward rent, the truck is available as a courtesy free of charge for one time-use. We are able to do this only as a promotional courtesy during move-in. If you are looking for more space, we could add a second unit for you and reserve the truck with a prepayment of $250. Sorry we don’t loan the truck for moving out or as a rental truck.

Do you sell packing or moving supplies in the office? Yes, we sell boxes, tape, and other moving supplies.

Is your facility secure? While no site is 100% secure, we have 8’ fences, gate access controls, and around 60 cameras onsite along with staff here daily keeping an eye on things.

Do you do autopay? Yes, most folks are on autopay as our pricing includes the $5 autopay discount and it just makes life easier.

Can I receive deliveries? Sorry, we are not able to do delivery acceptance.

Do you have electricity in the units? No, there is no electricity available inside the units.

Will my truck fit in the drive thru? Our doors are 14’ tall and drive aisle ~25’ wide, so we can accommodate most moving trucks. If you’re driving a really big truck, please use our loading dock for easier access.

How can I move my stuff to my unit? In our climate control building, we have three industrial lifts 8’x10’ and a number of rolling carts that will help you move your things around inside the building to make the moving process super easy.

What items am I not allowed to store? Food and fuel are big no-nos in storage units. Food can attract pests like roaches, ants, other insects, and rodents. Not only can it damage your stuff, but also your neighbor’s unit contents. In addition, storing fuel can lead to dangerous situations should emergencies occur.

Is a notice to vacate required? No notice required! If you are here on the 1^st, you owe for the month. If you are gone on the 31^st, just let us know when the space is empty, unlocked, and clean. That way, we can move you out before the 1^st and not charge you for the next month.

How do I end my lease?  Please notify us after you have moved out and the space is empty/clean and unlocked before the 1st. We will then move you out in our system and you won’t be charged further. Remember, billing for the month takes place on the 1st and per the lease, there are no refunds at move out once that billing cycle starts.

What do I need to do when I move out? Simply remove your belongings, remove your lock, leave the space clean and let us know when you’re gone! Then, we won’t charge you on the 1^st. Quick and easy!
