After our own experiences, we just try to be nicer, cleaner, and more caring than the big guys.

Our Family. We are just a Minnesota family with two generations (soon to be three) collaborating on the business. We have a number of extended family members who help us with day to day operations. Stop by and good odds one of us is around.

Renting. You are in control! Are you the kind of person who likes to interact with a real live person? Here we have an actual human on location during office hours and a friendly REAL PERSON on the phone extended hours. Are you the kind of person who DOESN’T want to talk to a real live person? We’ve got you covered with a ZERO TALKING option. Rent affordable storage online anytime, because the internet never closes.

Moving and access. Options! Extended convenient storage access from 5:00-midnight. Drive up, Drive through, or Pull Up – and even use our truck to do it! We try to design to minimize travel distances and hassle. Many of our units are drive up – that’s like two steps folks. Our temperature controlled units are easy to load and unload with multiple dock options, a bay, and even a drive thru.

FREE Moving Truck We have a 16’ moving truck that is all yours for a day for moving in when you sign up for a $250 minimum total relationship over time. Pretty convenient!

Let’s make it Safe Our sites are fenced and gated. We invested in state of the art access controls and cameras. Lighting systems bring interior lights up when there is motion while leaving the LED wall lamps on throughout the night to discourage humans or other critters that don’t belong. We use cylinder locks here, since YouTube has no shortage of people cutting disc locks in under a minute.

Payments We are happy to accept Visa, MC, and AMEX payments in person, online, or by phone. We no longer accept cash or gift cards. The name on the card must match the customer’s name at move in.
