After our own experiences, we have approached this with a few simple concepts: Let’s make this Easy and Let the Customer Decide
Renting. You are in control! Are you the kind of person who likes to interact with a real live person? Here we have an actual human on location during office hours and a friendly REAL PERSON on the phone extended hours. Are you the kind of person who DOESN’T want to talk to a real live person? We’ve got you covered. Starting in March 2020 when our permanent office is complete, we have self-service 24 hour kiosks where you can rent your convenient storage, get access, and go fill it up and talk to ZERO humans in peaceful bliss! Rent online anytime as well, because the internet never closes.
Moving and access. Options! 24/7 secured access. Drive up, Drive through, Pull up, or We Come to You! Our thoughtful design is one level, so you can skip slip/falls on stairs and annoying elevators. Many of our units are drive up – that’s like two steps folks. Our temperature controlled units are easy to load and unload with multiple dock options, a bay, and even a drive thru. And then there is STÖR to your DOOR…
STÖR to your DOOR. Free. After our own experiences driving across town to wait in line to do paperwork for a truck that was often filthy and sometimes not there, then white knuckling thru traffic and hauling our stuff up a huge ramp, we decided to offer something different. We bring 8.5’ x 20’ new, enclosed, low to the ground, clean trailers to you. We drop it off. You fill it up and lock it, maintaining control. We bring it to the facility for you for free when you rent a unit that is 75 square feet or larger. Ask your STÖR manager about details/scheduling after renting your unit.
Let’s make it Safe
This site is fully fenced and gated. We invested in state of the art access controls and cameras. Advanced lighting systems bring pole lamps and interior lights up when there is motion while leaving the LED wall lamps on throughout the night to discourage humans or other critters that don’t belong. We use cylinder locks here, since YouTube has no shortage of people cutting disc locks in under a minute.
