We're a new, locally owned, family-operated storage facility providing affordable, secure and clean storage units in New Brighton, MN, just off I-35W and easy to reach if you're anywhere in the northern Twin Cities metro. We offer unit sizes from 5x5 up to 10x30, plus covered vehicle parking with electrical hookups. Our ground-floor units include drive-up access, and you can choose between our air-conditioned/climate-controlled units and standard non-AC units depending on what you're storing.
We've designed our property for an easier moving day, with wide avenues built for large trucks and trailers, a loading dock, and roll-up doors, plus free dolly and flatbed carts available on-site whenever you need them. If you're new with us, you can also take advantage of a free moving truck for one-time use during move-in with a $250 or larger rental commitment.
We keep security layered throughout our facility, with electronic gate and building access using a unique code, recorded video surveillance, cylinder locks, and well-lit aisles and buildings around the property.

Renting a unit and paying rent can both be handled online, giving you the flexibility to manage your storage account without needing to visit in person.
